For claims of combined value, including counter-claims of £250,000 and above: £2000 plus VAT per party per day (up to 8 hours).
For claims of combined value, including counter-claims of less than £250,000: £1000 plus VAT per party per day (up to 8 hours).
If Mediation lasts longer than 8 hours, each additional hour is charged at £300 plus VAT.
Fees for acting as a Mediation Advocate, Negotiator, or in any arbitration role (excluding arbitration, adjudication, or mediation conducted through the Society for Computers and Law) are £300 per hour, plus VAT if applicable.
Fees for drafting, advocacy, expert opinions, expert-witness work, and all other professional services (unless otherwise agreed in writing) are charged at £300 per hour, plus VAT if applicable.
Arbitration, adjudication, and mediation services delivered through the Society for Computers and Law or other professional bodies are charged in accordance with the fee structures set by those organisations.
The fees include all preparation work such as pre-mediation readings, communications, conference calls, and admin, but my fees do not include any travel or accommodation or meeting rooms costs, which would be charged in addition to the fees if necessary.
