As a panel adjudicator with the Society for Computers and Law (SCL), I provide fair, efficient, and technically informed resolution of disputes arising from the use, development, and implementation of technology. With a background that spans over two decades in international IT consulting and system delivery, I have led Business Intelligence, ERP and AI-driven projects across multiple jurisdictions. This experience enables me to analyse software contracts, implementation failures, cybersecurity concerns, and data-handling disputes with insight that goes beyond the surface of legal argument. I understand how technology operates in practice and how to apply contractual and evidential principles to resolve the disputes it generates.
